Actually, the all the high up AMD execs that are jumping ship are polishing up their resumes. Intel exec's are not. You know why? Because they're making money hand over fist.

If you look at the broader spectrum of applications at the enterprise, we have a significant lead today and we believe we will have that lead with Clovertown, and once we have Harpertown with 45nm we will extend that lead further
AMD's Barcelona is pre-fragged. The only thing Barcelona will do is lower AMD's ASP even more. Until now AMD enjoyed high prices on 8 way Opteron CPUs. Now they are sold for $1000. If they were as fast as Intel's fastest they'd be priced as such. Barcelona has accelerated AMD's BK.
