INTEL will face major securities fraud lawsuit for sure

ZDNET says Intel is criminally dishonest on performance.

Intelers are a bunch of frauds. Mr. Berlind is right to say that Intel may be liable under SEC rule 10b-5 for using manipulative and deceptive devices in connections with the sale or purchase of securities:

"The slides are deceptive and manipulative. At some point, who ever was preparing them should have thought, "this many footnotes?, perhaps we should redo them." How many disclaimers does it take before you realize you're disclaiming an entire document? Look at the last two slides in the image gallery. The upper right hand side of both say that an Intel part is being compared to an Opteron 2XXX part. Yet, with every data point listed below those headings — every one — there's a footnote that says otherwise. It's nothing more than an absurd perversion of the truth."

K10 is a real killer, beating Intel by more than 40% in most benchmarks.

K10 will demonstrate who is the real mater in CPU design.

Intel's Israeli engineers will find themselves running out of brain juice patching the P6.

I dont normally bother to make sour comments on a blog, but this really drivel. Is english your 2nd language?

Perhaps you should work on the quality of your posts? Add some insightful commentary to go with the statistics, and check the spelling and grammar. This is nearly unreadable nonsense;

"ZDNET says Intel is criminal's dishonest on performance."

"K10 will demonstrate who is the real mater in CPU design."

what, what, what? Firefox has had a spell checker built in for months.

Your posts are edited and swapped around so much that the comments are often about totally different things and don't make sense.

If you look back about a year, when AMD was doing well his posts were of higher quality. Since Intel has been doing well recently Sharikou has either had a stroke or heat attack(Due to AMD's less than stellar's performance no doubt) and can no longer type in coherent phrases, or is so confused that AMD isn't winning that he simply can't carry on normally.

Instead of say something intelligent about the post, you insult him.
Who is the stupid one?

I had a look at those slides..another 'classic' piece of Intels work
I am unsure , who exactly Intel is trying to fool with these slides, perhaps those stup*d crooks..
Seems like ZDNet didnt get its weekly quota of hush money from or perhaps they are those last remaining folks who have some balls to expose Intel.
