what ever you are smoking ... is not working fake PhD sharidouche ... dont go for the cheap Oakland junk, spend some more and get the good stuff ...
From TH ---> "
When it comes to the desktop space, Llano’s prospects are decidedly less impressive in light of the competition. These APUs make for an ideal solution to replace entry-level PCs with crappy integrated graphics."
So Llameo is replacing "crappy" IGD's ... with CPU power of an out dated i3.
You are a moron .... so is your bed partner PENIX :)
I wish the crude insults or desperately skewed assessments were a surprise, but the cowardly anonymous Intel fanboys never fail to live up to their reputation.
When Hollywood releases a surefire turd of a movie, they often do not release it early to critics. They know that it will be widely panned, and therefore choose to just spring it on the public in hopes that they will grab some cash before the public finds out how horrible it is. I'm not sure which is more likely, that Intel is so inept that they forgot to include DX11 support, or that they purposely left out support so that it could not be benchmarked against AMD. Either way, Intel has once again completely failed in every regard.
Penix, seriously go kill yourself.
AMD has lost market share for yet another quarter. Intel has gained marketshare in all but the bottom market of notebooks, where the least money is made.
Get Shiradouche's cock out of your mouth.
Failed in every regard?
1.) Intel currently has the fastest processor.
2.) Intel currently has the most power efficent processor.
3.) Intel currently has the largest marketshare.
4.) Intel is currently making money. Lots and lots of it.
So just how are they failing you fucking ignorant fucktard?
Wait, what? Are we supposed to be impressed that the highest-end quad-core Llano model A8-3500M had it's ass beat in CPU benchmarks by a dual-core 2.5Ghz i5? And by 73 percent no less?
Or were we instead supposed to be impressed that the Llano quad core A8-3500M could only exactly mirror the score of it's own Phenom II x4 1.5Ghz predecessor in the same benchmark? Hell, the PII X4 even had less cache and slower ram too.
So, what you're saying is AMD's top-of-the-line quad core Llano can't exceed the performance of their prior generation quad core, and are being trounced by 73% against the dual core of the competitor.
Way to set the bar low, AMD fans! It's going to be a sure-fire hit in the world of "who can make the cheapest desktop", but taking first place in the "who can lose the most" is not a winning position.
PENIX .... As Merlin said .. take that cock out of your BIG mouth ..
IS this what you were waiting for? i3 performance 2 years late?
You are truly a MORON.
You guys forget where AMD is shooting for now - they've given up on the server and high end desktop segment - and are shooting squarely for the low end, sub $700 notebook market. They *CAN'T* compete at the high end.
But wait - there's more...if AMD hadn't bought ATI - they wouldn't even be able to produce LLano. The technology behind the good GPU performance on these APU's was already developed - ie AMD had to get it from somewhere else...
So, while I applaud AMD for coming out with a decent performing product - I have to laugh at how low they are aiming...
Expect Bulldozer to be bargain basement pricing and low-end desktop performing....
PENIX you are an idiot.
How is it even possible that you fanboys can be so completely blind to the truth? Ignoring the fact that Intel only produces overpriced and unstable garbage, they are now holding back the industry with their incompetence. Intel has had years to prepare, and still no DX11 support in their newest offerings.
Power users who require cutting edge graphics hardware will choose an AMD discrete graphics card, but this represents the minority. The vast majority of computers rely on integrated graphics, and AMD has strategically positioned themselves to dominate this market. Intel's offering would undoubtedly be demolished by AMD, but we can't even compare the two because Intel's garbage doesn't even support the requirements of the benchmark.
First, most people who use IGPs in laptops, aren't trying to play DX11 based games on them. They are business folks who might have to look at an Excel spreadsheet or open Word. Neither needs a DX11 capable IGP. I'm positive the IT department of corporations aren't looking to see what laptop can play DX11 games, as a deciding factor for purchase.
Also, most "power users" who happen to get a laptop, won't even consider using IGP based laptops for their needs. They also look for discrete GPUs in a laptop that fits their needs.
Llano, for all it's wonders with DX11, is still handicapped by it's CPU. When it's slower than a previous model in computing, that's never good.
As for your "overpriced and unstable garbage" comment. Please. Did you hear all the AMD folks crying about the price when they had the performance crown back in the Athlon days, when AMD was asking nearly $1k USD for it's processors? And instability? Where exactly did this happen?
Truth is, Llano is good start, but just because it can play a DX11 game with low settings doesn't mean a thing. Gamers stay away from IGP at all cost. If it was so great why hasn't any of the gaming laptop makers touted Llano's superior DX11 gaming capabilities?

I can confirm this. DX11 does not even figure on our list of must haves. It's not even on the list of nice to haves.
"Also, most "power users" who happen to get a laptop, won't even consider using IGP based laptops for their needs. They also look for discrete GPUs in a laptop that fits their needs."
This is true, depending on the use case.
"Llano, for all it's wonders with DX11, is still handicapped by it's CPU. When it's slower than a previous model in computing, that's never good."
Llano is handicapped also because it comes from AMD.

AMD would charge all the money it could in the world if it could get away with it. Unless they are not in business to make profits or return value to shareholders - look at their financials: no dividends, poor cash flows, stagnating stock price, debt, low margins.

No self respecting gamer would walk in with a Llano system. They'd be laughed out of the room. It's all about who has the biggest and fastest, and unfortunately it is not AMD.
Once again, you Intel fanboys have allowed yourself to be deluded by your own ignorance and bias. Hardcore gamers are not the only people who buy computers. In fact, their numbers are miniscule compared to the number of casual gamers in the world. These are the people who will be buying integrated solutions, and these are the people who will benefit from AMD's superior graphic hardware.
Let's not pretend that the advantages of superior graphics hardware are limited to games alone. DX11 was the first to introduce the DirectCompute API, and today still has clear advantages over the backport. Many common applications, which traditionally did not use 3D, now directly benefit from 3D accelerated hardware. A few of these include Adobe Photoshop, Media Player Classic, and even the Windows 7 operating system itself. Having 3D acceleration is now an important part of everyday usage. AMD's APU is the clear winner, and will undoubtedly dominate this entire market segment.
PENIX, proof positive that trolls exist.
Go kill yourself twat.
PS: casual gamers own consoles, not PCs
Dumb fucking cunt. I bet you are fat and live with your mom and don't even know whom your father is.
"In fact, their numbers are miniscule compared to the number of casual gamers in the world. These are the people who will be buying integrated solutions, and these are the people who will benefit from AMD's superior graphic hardware."
Casual gamers who play on laptops usually play flash games, like Angry Birds, or Facebook games, that don't really get much from a DX11 capable card.
Any real PC gamer will never use or willingly use an IGP for gaming.
"PS: casual gamers own consoles, not PCs"
This is 99.9% true.
PENIX .... Yuu are a fuckin moron!!
Evil_Merlin, living proof that inbreeding still exists.
Go kill yourself fuckwit.
PS: casual crackheads use Evil_Merlin's mouth, not condoms..
Stupid, inbred, cousin fucker. I bet you are a bitch and never ate lunch because your lunch money got taken from you.
See? I can post insulting drivel like yours too. So if someone disagrees with you they get attacked and called names? It's a CPU numb nuts. Get a fucking life and give up the keyboard bravado. It's plain to see the only thing you excel at away from your computer is swallowing....
