What dude? Didn't you know TomsHardware is a "paid pumper" from Intel? Intel is clearly paying TomsHardware and TGDaily to spread FUD about AMD!
Of course I'm just joking, and some problems at AMD might shut Sharikou up for a while.

Do you really think Steve Jobs cares? The man's a billionaire and is sitting on tons of Apple and Disney shares!
Misleading your statement!
Jobs does not 'own' POD nor could he as long as he works for Apple, otherwise that would be a conflict of interest.
But that is just to say that Apple does NOT own that word either!
For one, Apple is probably being just a little too aggressive with this, but I'm sure they would loose in a court of law!
I know of a few companies that have POD in their products names... is Apple suing them? No, cause they won't go after everyone!
Didn't you blog this once already? Like 6 months ago when it actually happened?
You should trademark the word "Douche". It'd be very fitting...
