Sharikou - Most Intel Laptop manufacturers are forced to use the Intel chipsets, then wireless chips, then the Intel's bad Graphics chips...like 5 or 6 other Intel chips in addition the Processor chip. Thus Intel sends a large BOM to these vendors.. Doesn’t it sound similar to Microsoft forcefully incorporating IE or Windows Media Player? Anti Trust anyone??

Look at the OLPC, it uses a 500MHZ 0.25 watt AMD processor with built-in graphics.

Panasonic W4 - 2.6lb, only 0.6lb heavier than orgami, but with a lot more features and it even can withstood 100kg (220 pounds) of weight, as well as a 30cm (11.8 inch) drop.

"The Panasonic W4 is a superlaptop. Its elegant 2.6 lb design features an integrated DVD-RW drive, 12.1' XGA TFT, 8 hour standard battery, integrated Wi-fi, and a 1.3GHz processor, mobile Intel 915GMS Express chipset with 128mb VRAM (shared), and a wealth of well-designed and thoroughly-considered features."
